Shaved Parmesan...
There are a few ways to "shave" parmesan cheese and get those thin sheets that are often seen in restaurants.
1. Use a microplane small or large shaver;
2. Use a truffle shaver;
3. Use a POTATO PEELER. That's right, no need for special equipment - just use a plain old vegetable/potato peeler and you'll get thin sheets of shaved parmesan for your salad! |
We now carry two stick-free
products to make cooking easier:
1. Tefmats - which keep food from sticking to sheet pans (cookies,
meats, etc.) and YOU CAN USE THEM UNDER THE BROILER!
2. Oven Liners: made of the same stuff as the Tefmats - put
one under the heating element in your oven. When there' a spill
just wipe it off with a sponge. Cleaning the oven was never
easier.
3. Handpainted "AndyFood" aprons are availabale. They're great as take-home souvenirs of your AndyFood event. (Generally we need 2 weeks notice to ensure availabiliy). Aprons are $20 each plus tax. |
