Classes

All
participation classes begin with a demonstration of the recipes
-- with an emphasis on technique
and then you do the cooking
-- in our Viking-equipped kitchen. Hands-on classes are generally
limited to 16 people so the chef can give you individual attention.
When the food is done, sit down with your classmates and the chef
and enjoy a meal you helped prepare.

you sit comfortably in AndyFood's cozy table-and-chairs setting
and learn the tricks of the trade. Your questions are encouraged
during the lesson or when you eat with the chef after
the demo. Depending on the lesson, demonstration classes accommodate
24 to 40 students. |
