All
participation classes begin with a demonstration of the recipes
-- with an emphasis on technique -- and then you do the cooking
-- in our Viking-equipped kitchen. Hands-on classes are generally
limited to 16 people so the chef can give you individual attention.
When the food is done, sit down with your classmates and the chef
and enjoy a meal you helped prepare.

chef does all the cooking - while
you sit comfortably in AndyFood's cozy table-and-chairs setting
and learn the tricks of the trade. Your questions are encouraged - during the lesson or when you eat with the chef after
the demo. Depending on the lesson, demonstration classes accommodate
24 to 40 students. |
